The restaurant, l'Osteria del Vecchio Pazzo is located in S. Pancrazio near Lucca in  the neigh bourhood of famous villas such as: Villa Reale, Villa Oliva and Villa Grabau.
The building of this reataurant is the old olive press of Villa Grabau, it has been renovated to accomodate the restaurant. The menu offers the traditional dishes of Lucca cooking art: Tordelli lucchesi (ravioli with meat sauce and stuffed with meat and special spices), Zuppa Frantoiana (bread soup with vegetables). Also some special dishes such as: filetto alle Terre di Matraia imprigionato or the Bistecca del Pazzo. .

Local wines are served, in the area there are famous wineries: Colle Verde, Valgiano, La Badiola. A special note goes to the local olive oil, used in our cooking.
